2nd visit ideas?

We visited San Juan last year on a cruise and did a thorough walking tour on our own of old San Juan and both forts. Our ship leaves this time a 2pm so we don't want to go very far and aren't really interested in the Bacardi tour based on reviews. Wondering if there is anything else within walking distance of the port worth getting off the ship for?

If you don't want to wander too far, then go thru OSJ again. There is so much to see and do. We have spent several days there, and added pre and post cruise days. There is always something new. Try a bakery for some goodies or go for a walk along the sidewalk below the walls, they are expanding it, so it may be more than last time you were there.

If you would like, you could do a ship tour to the rainforest, that way, with the early departure time, you wouldn't risk getting left behind. We did one in 07 that got back to the port at 1pm.
