Explorer: Non dairy creamer- where to find chic croissants

Does the Explorer carry non-dairy creamer - both in the MDR and other coffee locations? Where shall I find my usual Chocolate Croissant each morning? Also, what drink card will include fancy coffee's - and what will be the cost? Thanks so much. We are leaving in two weeks.

The fancy coffees are included in the Replenish package at $20/day, and the Ultimate package at $65/day.
