Has anyone used ACAMPA tours?

I know this post is several years old, just curious if anyone has used them recently. Looks like a great way to spend a pre-cruise day.

Their full day sounds amazing! I think I'm fairly fit (train and teach martial arts) but they put such an emphasis on how strenuous it is I was hoping someone could ease my mind and tell me just how difficult it is, haha.

 

Anyone who posted on this original thread decide to book with them even though no one seemed to have experience with them on here?
