Most everything will be open after 11 am.

Yes it will all be open. We have been there many times on Sundays. One thing we enjoy is watching the families kite flying on the grassy plain by El Morrow. It is so sweet to watch the young kids and really cool to see some of the huge kites the big kids fly.

You can buy it at any CVS and probably other places. There is one not too far from the port.
