Oasis & Allure: specialty coffees

I've been trying to figure out whether to buy a Replenish package or not. I know that it does not include Starbuck's on these two ships. Since there is no Latitude's as on some ships, does any one know if the Café Promenade serves lattes, cappuccinos, etc. as on Voyager and Freedom class ships, that would be covered under the package or are specialty coffees found at Starbuck's only?
