Some observations (just off the Dream one week ago): 1) Best selection for duty free off ship purchases Cozumel, followed by Rotan. 2) Ship clean/well maintained-staff friendly. 3)Widest beaches Cozumel surprised by how narrow the beach was in Honduras (West End --may have been high tide). 4) Costa Maya fishing village Mahuahl worth the $3 taxi ride --food drink very inexpensive there. People very polite almost to the extent of spoiling you. $30 1 hour massage. Nice wide beach. 5) Comedy club on board 4 shows a night (two early shows for families) great entertainers. 6) All taxi rates at the port in Cozumel are posted with the appropriate fee--great/simple system--to the destination of your choice--no haggle. Did two excursions Rotan (Victor Boden Fun and Sun tour) Cozumel Carnival Dolphin Encounter. Both tours well organized/managed--great memories for the family. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Did you enjoy the Rum and Tequila bars on Lido? And I was told that there were free drinks one day or night as part of the sail away or something. Never heard of such a thing...

 

We're with ya Tracers, 8th Carnival cruise and first time on the Dream. Superbowl never looked so good!

Free drinks/appetizers were available for the past guest party. Enjoyed both the Red Frog and Blue Iguana bars on the Lido Deck--drink service was superb as you didn't have to leave your chair to get a drink. The hamburger grill nearby was fantastic also.
