Using AT&T in the Caribbean on iPhone. Probably been asked before but

Not sure if much is changed in the last year but now I see on AT&T website they have a cruiseship section which has for $120. 5ominutes 100 Texas and 100 MB of data and I'm wondering if or how does that compare to the Royal Caribbean data plan. Rail Caribbean appears to be 35 bucks for 60 minutes
