Turtle Farm and Stingray City?

Does anyone know of an tour company, outside of RCL, that offers a excursion with a trip to Stingray city AND the turtle farm? I am having trouble finding one and the RCL excursion for this is overpriced. Thanks in advance for any help or comments on this.

I'll be using Capt Marvin's in October. He seems reasonable. Pick a Stingray Tour then "add on" the Turtle Farm.
