I was wondering if anyone has used this group for a tour in Maui. If so what was your opinion ? Thanks so much !

They are a reseller and do not operate the actual tours. They are just selling you a ticket for the actual tour tor company.

 

Most tours in Hawaii are sold through resellers.

If you are booking through an agency such as this one, try to find out who the tour operator is and then look for reviews for them. e.g. if it's a snorkel tour with Pacific Whale Foundation or Trilogy, or a Road to Hana tour with Temptation Tours, etc. , you can find reviews for them on Tripadvisor or Yelp - just google "the name of the company + reviews" and you'll get links to reviews.

 

Also compare pricing and cancellation policies - I prefer to book directly with the tour provider (which you can do with many companies) since I would rather deal directly with them than with an agency if I needed to cancel or make a change.
