Booking activities on Independence, yay!

We are going on the Independence in October and wondered how and when we can book things like the flow rider and climbing wall?

We are on the Indy May 4. These activities can only be booked on-board. You cannot even fill out the waiver pre-cruise. For us (DS) it will be a must do immediately upon boarding.

I guess it's like a sign up sheet, Can you do it as soon as you get on board and where do you go?

 

I was injured last time we cruised and I couldn't do anything but this time nothing will stop me!

I don't remember sign up sheets for the flowrider and climbing wall. People just stood in line.
