Carnival Elation Cabin 9 Empress Deck

Has anyone had this particular cabin? We have had porthole cabins before but always on a lower deck. Just curious because I was told it is directly under the stage in the main lounge. Did anyone notice it being extra noisy? If so I can always bring an extra set of ear plugs ;)

It depends on what time you plan on going to sleep each night....you may hear noise from the show lounge above you. We had E21 on the Carnival Fantasy a few years back and we never heard anything

We are on Elation in April. Empress 218. I'm bringing my Ipad and will use the fan sound app if its noisy.

We had E1 and E3 in December. I never heard anything from above or on the side of us. If I wouldn't have known better, I would have thought there wasn't anyone in those cabins. The fan/ac is a nice white noise conductor.
