Ok so what is the difference between paying for FTTF and having priority check in due to cabin selection (ex. Ocean Suite). AND if you have an excursion planned don't you still get on the tender first anyway? If you have an excursion you would get first tender without paying for FTTF yes? Sorry if it sounds like a silly question....I'm still a newbie:o

A suite gets you priority boarding and usually priority debarkation even though it's not promised.

FTTF gets more, your luggage is delivered early, priority tenders, VIP line and phone number for the pursers desk, and higher priority for selecting dinning times and making reservations. Suites do not get these.

Booking an early excursion through Carnival often gets you a special time to board the tenders based on the start time of your excursion, but not always. If you book an excursion through an outside source you don't get priority tendering so if you need an early start FTTF can help.
