it would help to know your interests, physical abilities, kids? etc.

If you look at the STICKY above '2013 alaska cruise reviews' you'll find lots of first hand suggestions on activities and vendors. Go to reply #45 where the trip reports are sorted by cruiseline.

In Denali you can easily book a shuttle into the park via the park's reservation site. I'd suggest going to Eielson Visitor Center. It takes about 4 hrs to reach Eielson, then a 35-40 minute rest stop, then about 3 1/2 hrs back to the entrance: http://www.reservedenali.com/shuttles.aspx

Princess has a shuttle to get guests to/from the park. Pick up a sack lunch and drink from a hotel or Subway nearby.

Visit the Denali NP web site for info on other activities, like the free sled dog demo, hikes, ranger activities, etc

Talkeetna is where most people do flightseeing. There are several vendors and several types of flights.

Each location has a web site to support local tourism and vendors. Google the town name followed by 'visitor information' or 'chamber of commerce' to find the information you need. ie http://www.denalichamber.com/ or http://skagway.com/

Ketchikan - I recommend the Bering Sea excursion, call 56degreesnorth.com. We went in early May and had a great time. We say 40+ eagles, crabs, shrimps and more, including a 30 lb octypus. Incredibly nice people and boat, we loved it.
