Sovereign of the Seas Must read info

Recommended Posts

O.K. I lied you really don't need to read this if you don't want to, but it is cool info.

Sovereign of the Seas Built in east Boston in 1852, the Sovereign of the Seas was one of the most gracefull and seaworthy American clipper ship ever deisigned. Renowed for her record breaking voyage from N.Y. to S.F. in just 130 days.

I bought a clipper ship model (not of the sos)this morning at a garage sale and in the box was info on other models. I guess now we can call the Sovereign a older ship
