We are on deck 7 inside cabin on the Breeze - how can I tell what category we are in when I check fare checker? Is there a list somewhere?

Carnival's website will tell you. Look at the deck plans for the Breeze.

When you look at your booking info on Carnival.com it should be on there as well.
