Nassau- what time do shops open on Mondays?

We will be on the Allure, docking at 7 am on a Monday morning. Planning on doing some shopping, John Waitling rum & Graycliff chocolate tour. What time do shops actually open on Monday mornings? Is it worth getting off ship at 7 am or wait until 9 or later? Thanks.:)

Straw market starts to open around 9, some closer to 10. Most shops will be open by 9:30am, some at 10.

 

John Waitlings and Graycliff tours don't start until 10am.
