East side road open?

Hello all! Does anyone have any news of the east side rode being open or when it will possibly open? Read a few threads and haven't found an answer. TIA for all help. :)

As of a couple of days ago, it was open as far as Punta Moreno from Mescalitos and just to where Rasta's used to be. Traffic is being stopped to general folks although the Rancho Buena Vista tour is allowed to go down to their ranch. Haven't heard of when will totally reopen.
