Black crocheted sweater cover

Does anyone know where I can get a black crocheted sweater for over a nice dress? Sort of like a sweater, but holey, long or 3/4 sleeves. Not so much for warmth, and for covering white arms!

I tried google, and got lots of crochet directions, or sites where they are sold out!
