Cost of 2.0 upgrades

We are sailing on Pride soon. Of the new upgrades ( Guy's, Mexican, ect) are these all extra charges like a specialty restaurant?

Of the new 2.0 upgrades, only new food option that will have a charge is Bonsai Sushi. Guys and Blue Iguana are included in cruise fare.
