defreeze Posted November 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Hi, Is there anywhere on the Carnival website where I can see if onboard credits have been applied to my reservation (such as shareholder and future cruise credits)? Thanks.
Rare luv2kroooz Posted November 12, 2014 #2 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Sure, just log in to "My Cruise Manager" on the carnival website. Click on "Cruise Details" and then "View Cruise Documents". On Page 3, you will see a box labeled itemized charges. If you have onboard credits, they will be listed below that box and will be separately allocated between refundable and nonrefundable.

I see both line amt amounts but was told by Carnival rep that it's all non-refundable. The first amount is prom price drops on Early Saver booked rate and the second is promotional OBC that was from a new offer rate. How can I get this 'cashed' out without having to go into casino? Will not go into the casnio while on cruise.

HawkIVette Posted November 13, 2014 #8 Share Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Can't be near cigarette smoke ! My number one complaint too.:) Though I have not tried this, I have read where you can go to the Carnival Kiosk onboard and withdraw your OBC. Maybe somebody else can verify this. Don't know but there is one in the casino (sorry, I know) but isn't there one across from Guest Service on most ships? ahoughton Posted November 14, 2014 #9 Share Posted November 14, 2014 Let the OBC go toward your gratuity.
snc_cam Posted November 14, 2014 #10 Share Posted November 14, 2014 I do have my OBC go to my gratuities. Also, you "can" use the kiosk in front of Guest Services to pull out the refundable OBC. And if you have non-refundable, it will be identified on the cruise docs that way.
