Fitness Classes Freedom

We are going to be on the Freedom in January.

 

While we like to go to the gym and just work out, my wife wanted to know if there are any specific classes, and if anyone would know the schedule, or where we could obtain one.

I was on the freedom in July and went to spin. We also attended a stretch class at 7 am and I believe spin was 9 am on sea days and also one of the days where we arrived to our port later. Spin was 12 or 15$ ., stretch was free...there are pay yoga too and I believe I saw a boot camp. The gym seemed very busy the first few days but by the end was not so much. Sign up for classes on your first day as they fill up.

Hey (fellow) Canuks...which date for the Freedom?

There was a free ab class and sunrise stretch class in early December
