Early save question

If you booked an early save and submit the lower price form to carnival - how long does it normally take to get an answer on whether they will honor it and give you on board credit?

My decrease was approved in 15 minutes or less. My final payment has not been paid so the decrease shows in my balance due.

If you haven't heard within 3-4 hours, call Carnival and ask about it. What I have seen is a response usually within 15-45 minute time frame.

I believe it can take up to 2 days but I usually get my rejections within minutes and I just call my PVP and he gets it approved immediately if valid request. I agree with calling within a couple of hours if haven't heard anything and also take a screenshot of your booking results.
