Formal night menu - Caribbean Princess

Got a couple of B2B cruises coming up in Jan 2015. They're short - 4 and 5-day cruises. My question: on formal night is Beef Wellington served along with lobster? And if so, is it also available in Cafe Caribe if we choose to skip formal night? Thanks.

Beef Wellington and Lobster are on the Captain's Gala dinner which is typically the menu for the second formal night on a 7 day cruise. If they are using the standard menus on your 5 day cruise that menu will not be offered. Formal nights are now only on cruises of five days or longer. You probably won't have a formal night on the 4 day cruise but there will still probably be the first formal night menu, the Captain's Welcome dinner which includes filet and shrimp. Your menus on the 4 day cruise will probably be repeated on the 5 day cruise with one new menu added.
