Why doesn't Immigration Info update on Reservation

We have been trying to get our immigration information on the Azamara secure/manage my reservation site without success.

It still shows as not completed but all the other info has updated successfully.

Any suggestions?

I can't believe it but when i signed onto manage my reservation this AM the personal and travel info forms now show all of my information (personal/passport etc)

Whatever happened on the Azamara secure site(overnight) seems to have corrected itself.
