We are on a cruise departing 15 March 2015 from Santos with stops in Rio, Forteleza & Salvador. (we will also be staying a few days in Sao Paulo and Santos prior to the cruise)

 

I have looked at the CDC website and it states that Yellow Fever inoculations are not recommended for those locations however my wife's doctor has INSISTED that she get yellow fever vaccination, as well as the recommended typhoid, hepatitis A and tetanus booster.

 

Has anybody else's doctor insisted on this inoculation?
