Cardio is ok but machines, weights and other dumbells kept to a minimum.

Don't expect much.

Darn. I was hoping they would have at least a set of circuit weights and a rowing machine. Very disappointing. And, guess I'm out of it, but can someone explain the kinesis wall?

Just got off yesterday (2/23). Recall seeing a sign on the starboard side, 10 laps per mile. I walk for time (30 min. 40 min. ) It was too windy on two days and had to use the hamster machines.
