Hot sand in july?

So just booked cruise and will probably go to nachi cocom; we were watching our videos from last time and we were complaining about how hot the sand was-- and that was at the end of june.

 

Any comments? Has anyone been to cozumel at the end of july and can remember if the heat was unbearable?

You all know what i mean-- i know the sand is going go be hot. Its july and mexico.

 

We will wear shoes.
