Shipboard Credit Gifts

[FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]Does anybody know if you buy Shipboard Credit from gifs on Celebrity does it just show up on your account? I am wondering if these can be used to pay gratuities. Or do you get actual vouchers you need to use to buy things onboard? It asks when trying to buy them when you want them delivered.[/SIZE][/FONT]

The OBC showes up on your account and can be used for anything you want to pay on board (including gratuities). It may take up to 72 hrs to update the account so you will likely not see your OBC on the account when you board. But they fix it into the system within 72 hrs

No vouchers here. The delivery question is for example if you buy the OBC as a birthday gift for another person they will fix it into the account not before the selected delivery date. If you just select embarkation day as the delivery date it will show up within 72 hrs as mentioned. Edited February 22, 2015 by AntjeG
