Indy Formal nights - 6 night cruise

On the Indy 6 night Caribbean cruise how many formal nights are there and when are they?

Formal nights are days 2 and 5. Here is a link to a thread from someone who did a back to back on Indy last month. He posted the cruise compass for each day so you can get an idea of what to expect for activities.

We were on Indy Dec 2013. We had two formal nights. However, we didn't dress in tuxes etc. with four adult kids in their 20's...girls wore nice short dresses, guys slacks long sleeves and ties, and me nice black slacks and sparkly top. Lobster was the second formal night.
