Boarding time for fantasy?

we r leaving on Carnival Fantasy out of Charleston SC on tuesday. I'm a diamond member on RCCL. . We get to the port for them at 10 am. I received a recorded message from Carnival stating "you will not be allowed entrance to the port before 12:30????? 12:30? REALLY? Should I ignore this as BS n get there around 11?.....Help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:

We've sailed out of Charleston a few times. They will not let you begin parking or start receiving luggage until 11 am.They will stop you at the gates and turn you around if you arrive before then. Once they do start, it goes fairly quickly.
