Trying to call Carnival...

I'm trying to get some info on a few excursions, but when I call and enter my number selection, nothing happens. I don't get transferred. I don't hear music, it doesn't hang up. I sat there for nearly 5 minutes listening to dead air. I tried three times.

 

I'm also trying to post in the forums on their website but when I go to do so, there is a blank screen. No reply button on posts either. I've been trying to months and every time it's the same. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

As far as the forums, what web browser are you using? I would make sure your browser is updated and use FireFox or Chrome (I recommend Chrome). Also, clear your cache and cookies - this link has directions for how to do that, in case you need it. https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic
