Real Time of Disembarkation in Rome/Civitavecchia

We are on the Epic set to arrive in port at 6am. We plan to do express disembarkation + private car, but our flight is at 10:30am and I wonder whether this is feasible. All research indicates the key is what time we get off the ship.

 

If its 7, looks like we will be fine. But if its more towards 8 (which NCL advised would be a likely worst case scenario) then I assume we would miss our flight.

 

Experienced cruisers - what time did you actually get off the ship?
