Decks with loungers overlooking the sea??

We are thinking of booking Anthem but I would like to know if anyone could let me know if there are places outside where we could read on lounge chairs overlooking the ocean? I don't mean around the pools but other decks where it is less crowded. We will have our own balcony so I didn't know if that was our only option. From what I have been reading about Quantum/Anthem I am thinking there is not a lot of outdoor space??? But the ship looks like so much fun we would love to book it!

I believe Deck 5; under the lifeboats is an outdoor 'promenade'. Sometimes there are lounge chairs along the wall.
