Bar or Coffee Shop in Fort de France?

I have a question for those who are familiar with Martinique. My husband and I will be visiting (sailing on Celebrity Summit) first week of February. We planned on a hiking excursion early in the day and then we will have at least 2-3 hours before we have to head back to the ship. Is there a nice quaint little bar or coffee shop where we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere (preferably not too far from the cruise ship) ? I have been wanting to see Martinique FOREVER and I am so excited to finally be going. I am a little worried because my French is very rough, but I will bring a little translation book and hopefully get through it :o
