Belize diving adventures??

Some friends and i were thinking of doing shark ray ally with belize diving adventures. Its 35 dollars per person but includes an airplane ticket there and back. Seems somewhat fishy to me but I'm not sure cuz it sounds like a great deal at the same time. Has anyone used this company before or have another suggestion or even a problem with this company ot any other? Thanks in advance!
