GrandmaneedsAcruise16 Posted August 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2015 I did this for the 14 days and I lost 15 lbs felt great..........I have not booked yet but hope to cruise next year in April so starting it now again to get it all off.....even has a maintenance plan called total 1200 never felt deprived and had ton's of energy........ I don't know that I will stick to the total 10 completely but will probably take what I learned from the other diet and mix it in with this one. I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by my cruise on 11/14/15.
