Royal Caribbean excursion nightmare

I was on fos last week and had an awful experience with a tour operated by royal carribean found the staff at the excertion desk unhelpful when I went to complain I even brought with be the daily compass which had in it about the dangers of taking mopeds etc yet the taxi the tour operated was over crowed and dirty and failed to pick us up after we went shopping leaving us for 30 minutes
