Coral Princess Cabins A339 & A607

This is our first cruise ever. We are sailing early May from Whittier to Vancouver. Is there anything we should be particularly concerned about concerning cabins located on Aloha deck about in the middle. Should we upgrade to mini-suites? I have read posts indicating that cabins on the front feel much more motion. How far back is safe to have the least motion. Also, one of the cabins indicates a red dot; does anyone know what that means.
