There is a private beach house excursion in Cozumel (La Playa something) that is absolutely fabulous. If you want a day to just lay on the beach, eat, drink and be waited on hand & foot, this is the one. I think the maximum people allowed is around 30 so no crowds.

In Jamaica, go tubing on the White River through Chukka - it is really great and the river is sparkling clean (no wildlife in the river and no mosquito problem when we went). The tubes have bottoms to protect you from rocks. The few vendors near the river - mostly selling drinks - if you just say, "No thanks" they are polite and will leave you alone! There are natural chutes along the river to keep it exciting and fun. The other great excursion in Jamaica is to go to Mystic Mountain. You ride a ski lift up the mountain with fabulous views. Once up there, there are two primary things to do:

1. Long zip lines course - well designed and it has brakes, so you don't have to self brake

2. Bobsled ride - kind of a like a roller coaster, but you brake toward the end - they signal you when to brake. It is much fun! There is also a pool with a slide. Sometimes members of the Jamaica bobsled team are up there signing autographs.

Cozumel - make a private reservation for Mr. Sanchos all inclusive. For an extra fee you can get a massage on the beach, try a fish pedicure, they have a bar with swings and swim up bar in the pool and there are all kinds of things to do. Must make reservations in advance and a taxi is $17 each way for 2 people. Other nice all inclusives are: Nachi Cocum, Playa Mia, and several others.

Grand Cayman - you could do Resort for a Day or go to the Turtle Farm or Stingray City. Some people take the bus ride to "Hell" and send a postcard from there.
