Princess excursions

I'm curious why Princess does not have reviews for their excursions on their website. I know reviews are subjective, however, I have found them helpful with other cruise lines as they sometimes provide useful details about the excursion. It would also be beneficial since Princes does not have a dedicated department to call. I contacted Princess twice yesterday regarding one excursion in hopes of obtaining more information which they couldn't provide. I 'm aware of the shore excursion desk on board, don't want to wait to book in case they fill up.
