Podcast/ Podcasts

Not sure how many - or if - there are people on these boards who are into podcasts and podcasting.

 

I have not found many cruise or Cunard specific ones. There is a fairly good one from Porthole Magazine but does anyone have any other suggestions?

 

I have my own series of Podcasts on travel where I have done one edition on 1st time cruise tips, and the one I am recording this week will be on the QE2 Crossing if anyone wants to sign up.

(you put that in your podcast agent, if using iTunes use ADVANCED tab and then paste in SUBSCRIBE TO PODCAST)

Podcasts may be of interest but for music purposes do you know if I can recharge my Ipod and say laptop without bringing special apadters.

I have now added the podcast about the QE2. That can be found at: http://www.mytravelreviews.com or you can subscribe to get the podcast and future ones using the RSS link below and pop that in iTunes or ay other podcast agent.

Yes. You should be able to charge you iPod with either the Firewire to Dock or USB to Dock cable. Just plug your iPod to your notebook (Mac or PC) just like you do for syncing, and it will charge.

 

 

**Disclaimer.. T his *might* not work via USB on ALL iPods. The newer ones will do it, but older ones might not. Which iPod do you have?
