DREAM: Question about bars - HELP!

I'm trying to organize a toast to JRR Tolkiien on the 1/3/16 sailing of the Dream and am looking for an appropriate, and inside, bar in which to have it. I know nothing about the bars on the DREAM. Ideally it would be a relatively quiet space. This will be informal and brief, just time to toast and quaff a libation! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:)

A quiet bar? Definately not the Caliente Disco. Maybe the piano bar before it gets going?

I'd suggest the sports bar any weekday. They are usually pretty quiet as the usual TV fare is a soccer game.

We are leaving Sunday and this will be on Sailaway night. Still think that would be a good venue? (I'm not a football fan so I don't know if there will be any games that night.)
