Pesh Posted December 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) Does anyone know if juice boxes are allowed to be brought on board? I know the language in the new guidelines stipulates that cans are allowed, but since, like cans, juice boxes can't be re-closed once opened, I feel like there might be a chance they'd be allowed? Thoughts? Edited December 29, 2015 by Pesh
TiffyLtheDork Posted December 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2015 I haven't read the new guidelines but on our cruise in June, we took 2 12 pks of apple juice boxes and 2 12 pks of soda.

Actually the language is: "A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought onboard on embarkation day and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less per person." Pesh Posted December 29, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted December 29, 2015 Thanks so much, Springs! I must have missed that they included cartons when I read it a few weeks ago!

Even under the new rules, depending upon how many people in your party, you would have been okay. In July the rule changed and bottles are no longer allowed. They seemed to begin enforcing the limits at the same time.
