Purchasing Wine In Tampa???

We are all ataying at the LaQuinta Inn Tampa Bay (Airport) the night before our Nov. 26 cruise. The site says there's lots of shopping and many restaurants across the street. Is there anywhere where we can buy a couple of bottles of wine/champagne before we leave? Can wine be purchased in grocery stores in FL?:confused:

There is a great wine shop in the Chanelside Shops at the pier in Tampa. I think it is called Wine Design. Also, wine is sold in grocery stores. Just don't plan on making a purchase before 1PM on Sunday, as you may run into restrictions.
