Stateroom location on the ship? Freedom of the Seas

Hey everyone! So I have a quick question, have you guys booked your staterooms separate from the rest of the group, for more privacy? I'm planning my cruise wedding right now and I booked a large ocean view stateroom for my fiancé and I on deck 7. However, the rest of my group is doing regular ocean view rooms and they have been booking then on deck 2.

 

At first I thought this was good because we will have more privacy but now I'm not sure! I feel like we are going to be far away from the group or something.

 

How did y'all do your cabin placement with your guests? Please let me know!

My stateroom on my cruise is nowhere near the rest of the group. Honestly - you spend so little time in the stateroom... and I feel like when i am IN my stateroom, especially on what is going to be my honeymoon, I want as much privacy as possible.

 

Our guests are all over the ship - decks 8, 9 and 2 (we're on the celebrity summit), but there are only a handful where I am on deck 6.

Thanks for the reply! This makes me relieved. I think as more guests book we will have more people all over the ship, and it wont be a big deal.
