Victor Bodden private tour - seat belts?

My family and 2 other families are doing the Victor Bodden private tour in March. There are 13 of us consisting of 6 adults and a bunch of kids age 4-10. We have been assigned a 16 passenger tour van. I plan on bringing our kids' booster seats. Does anyone know if this size van will have seat belts?

We've used them several times. All of the vehicles have had seatbelts and good A/C (our 2 priorities!)
