Any reviews on the balcony dinner or breakfast?

Did they offer them on your cruise? Was it worth it?

.... Leaving May 1 and we are wondering

I inquired about the balcony breakfast and was told that it wasn't being offered. The next day a flyer promoting the balcony breakfast was in our mailbox. Go figure. We so looked forward to meeting our tablemates in the evening that we didn't consider the dinner.

Thanks Rob,

Not sure if we will go with breakfast or dinner... although having two lobster nights might be our speed.

I think you'd be more impressed with the lobster served on your balcony. For $50 a pop, you'd better be! We'd have gone for it but my wife doesn't like lobster.

We didn't do the balcony breakfast or dinner either. Breakfast was either in the Horizon Court or dining room. Dinner was 2nd seating, tradtional. The $50/pp price tag for dinner was a deterent, that's for sure. icon_eek.gif And besides, I don't like lobster. icon_rolleyes.gif

We didn't do the lobster dinner on the balcony either. We met 2 nice people (SoBayJake and his friend) and dined with them each night.

As for breakfast we would order room service and sit on the balcony...perfectly fine for me!

Definitely agree with yensid1071 that $50 is a deterent.

ROB AND TAM: IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE LOBSTER MORE THAN ONE NIGHT, THE CAFE CARIBE I BELIEVE OFFERS IT ON 2 NIGHTS AND INSTEAD OF $50.00 PER PERSON ON THE BALCONY, GO TO SABATINI'S - THEY HAVE TWIN LOBSTER TAILS FOR $20.00 PP.
