Looks like it should be Steven Schwartz. I've never sailed with him so couldn't tell you anything else.

According to John Heald's cruise director schedule he released on 1/29/16, the Valor cruise director is a SHE.

I've heard people refer to her as "Classy Cassie" but don't know much about her.

We will be boarding on Saturday 2/13, so I'll report back after the cruise to let you know our thoughts on her.

I'm wondering if she is just more of a fill-in cruise director, perhaps works for Corporate Office.
