There is also the Thermal Suite that is for an extra fee. There are four "themed" steam rooms/ saunas, special showers, and heated thermal loungers.

In October on the Crown, my mom ordered the thermal suite but they were all out of order, and she was refunded the money

 

I hope the ones on the Ruby are working!
