I looked at the cost of purchasing digital photos on the 2 week Panama Canal cruise, $249 for 20 digital pictures and unlimited is $339.00 Will the photographers take pictures with my camera? Has anyone purchased a package on other cruises?

The photographers will not take photos with your camera, but the character attendants are happy to do so.

 

If you want a lot of pictures, the packages are the way to go. Usually there is a "deal" where for $50-$75 more (depending on length of cruise) you also get a print of each photo.

Also, according to another thread there is currently a 15% discount on the photo disk if purchased on line in advance.
